Ever since its original release in October 2013, Sirena Total Home Cleaning System has been positively received by customers, reviewers, observers, and critics. Below is just a small sample of what the people said about their Sirenas.

We were very familiar with water filtration having owned another brand for many years. Since we have 2 dogs and 3 cats we deal with a lot of animal fur. Sirena was not only more economical than the other brands, the warranty also gives us the piece of mind. We will only use water filtration sweepers and there is no question Sirena is the best value available

I purchased a Sirena after owning a Rainbow vacuum system for 15 years. I was going to purchase another Rainbow after mine couldn’t be repaired, then I read up on the Sirena. I decided to purchase. Not only is Sirena much less expensive, it is much more modern in design, and less cumbersome than Rainbow, but cleans just as well! Very happy with the Sirena!

I love my Sirena! It reminds me so much of my mom’s Rainbow that she bought back in the 70s, except Sirena is prettier. My sister was teasing me because the first time I used it, I must have vacuumed for over 3 hours, since I kept finding something else to clean. I LOVE IT! I used to say, because of our cats and dogs, that my life is just “full of fur, so what can you do?” But now that I have my Sirena vacuum, I don’t have any fur to speak of. ? Also, for years, I’ve never found a satisfactory way to clean my hallway door that has wooden slats. It’s nearly SQUEAKY clean now thanks to my Sirena! Thank you SO much!!!

We purchased our Sirena a few months ago and wanted to use it a bit before posting a review. First, let me say that we had owned a Rainbow for 10+ years and decided to replace it after different pieces started to breakdown. We bought a Dyson and quickly returned it. We realized nothing compared to the water technology and we wanted the power that we were used to with the Rainbow. After speaking with a dealer that sold both Rainbow and Sirena, his opinion of the Sirena impressed us so much that we decided to give it a try. He could have easily sold us the Rainbow at a much higher price. He said the Sirena outperformed the Rainbow when they had tested it in the store. After having the Sirena for a few months, we have no regrets. We absolutely love this vacuum cleaner! Its got a ton of power and cleans better than anything we have used previously.

Hello, I just bought Sirena vacuum cleaner. I want to say few things. I have E Series Ranbow vacuum cleaner, for 10 years. I’m disappointed with Sirena vacuum cleaner.
#1 no hole on my new Dusting Brush, so I can connect to my extension wand. E Series have one
#2 The separator is hard to clean. E Series is much easier to clean.
Wished I did not buy Sirena Brand. Should have kept E Series. Other than that, Rainbow Vacuum is the best. Wished, I didn’t have problems with Sirena attachments

    We’re sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Sirena vacuum. It seems you received an old version of the Dusting Brush which didn’t have a hole. I would like to know if your vacuum leaves carpets wet?


    It does not. The water stays inside the basin at all times. Sorry for the late reply!

I had a Rainbow vacuum cleaner for 30 years and was very happy with it, but it was time to get another vacuum cleaner. The local vacuum dealer quit selling Rainbow vacuum cleaner due to the price. He told me about the Sirena vacuum cleaner and that engineers had left rainbow and started Sirena and worked out the bugs that Rainbow vacuum cleaners had. So i purchased one, and have had it 4 plus years. Since i have had it i have to replace the hose 3 times due to the locking tabs breaking on the end of the hose. the first was under warranty, the other 2 i had to pay for. Just recently my power nozzle quit working which i have only used it maybe a dozen times. i took the power nozzle apart and found the fuse holder cracked so the fuse was not making electrical contact. I removed the fuse holder and hard wired it. Then the next problem i had was the micro switch went bad in the handle, so i hard wired it also. Now the power nozzle works great. I read on line that other people have the same issues. Don’t get me wrong i like the Sirena but it has some issues.

    Thank you for your feedback. Sorry about the issues with the power nozzle. The older model (no longer in production) indeed had problems with the fuse and the handle switch. Those flaws have since been fixed with the introduction of the newer Quick-Connect model of the power nozzle.
